Mordas I. The contribution of Kyiv National Economic University's scientists in development of economic science in Ukraine (the first third of ХХ century)

Condition and tendencies of progress of economic science in Ukraine in the first third of XX century. Scientific analysis and generalization of points of view of Kyiv National Economic University's scientists in the first third of XX century on the basis of problem of economic science and estimation of their theoretical and practical contribution to it's development. Methods: classification and systematization, historical-genetic, combination historical and logical, analysis and synthesis, method of comparison, generalization. The integral system analysis of scientific inheritance of Kyiv National Economic University's scientists in the first third of XX century is carried out. The author grounds theoretically the idea that in the first third of XX century in University took place formation of conceptual principles of statistical school; idea of Kyiv psychological school received subsequent development; bases of national economy-mathematical school were established. The role of scientific developmentsUniversity's scientists in development of basic directions of economic researches is appraised, in particular economy-theoretical, historical-economical and financial-economical. The results of research in relation to the features of development of domestic and world economic science in the first third of ХХ century were provided as well as analysis of scientific inheritance of M.V.
