Essay

Dissertation is devoted to questions of the equipment of classification for dry grinding in the closed cycle creation. The main characteristic of aerodynamic classification process is the size of the equilibrium particle, which is in the relative equilibration in the working space of the classifier. Stable equilibration is observed only in the case that pulsative components of gas for the given size of particles practically do not influence on its movement. Theoretical preconditions for creation of the effective equipment of air separation are developed. The design of a separator which novelty is confirmed by the patent is offered. Areas of values of the parameters providing high efficiency of materials classification process are found. The algorithm and calculation methodics of elements of the equipment are developed for grinded material classification. Results of research are realized by development of the engineering specifications and equipment manufacturing, which is applied at the enterprises.
