Essay

Thesis is devoted to increase in productivity of work of a mill due to increase of speed of movement of a material by submission of grit in the first chamber of a mill, and also to improvement of quality of cement due to submission of surface-active substances in a separator. Scientifically proved: a place of returning of grit in the first chamber of a mill where there is the greatest quantity of a material of the same size as the grit. Productivity of tube mills of a closed cycle with the increased speed of movement of a material is determined. The mathematical model of movement of a biphase turbulent stream in the environment with replaceable characteristics is received. Results of the work are entered into manufacture.
