Dissertation is devoted to the problem of studying of the frequency and clinicolaboratory signs of the antiphosphoiipid syndrome (APS) and its role in the structure of thromophilic complications in operations, and also perfection of principles of medicinal prophylaxis of thrombotic complications in a postoperative period. Such tactic of application of preparation allowed to prevent thrombogemoragic complications and was instrumental in the improvement of rehabilitation process after evacuation of stopping beating pregnancy, and also substantially reduced trombotychesky potential in a postоperative period and gave possibility to warn thrombotic complications
