Girniy B. The ecology and economic aspect of development the Ukrainian nature conservation fund

Object - is a process of forming of the system of the rational use, guard and development of the naturally pro-tected fund (NPF) of Ukraine; а purpose is forming of ekologo-ekonomichnikh principles of development of NPF of Ukraine on the basis of introduction of effective economic mechanism of the use and guard of resources of NPF at modern and perspective terms; methods – scien-tific and special, to the analysis and synthesis; Novelty - principles of ekologo-ekonomichnogo mechanism of forming, use and guard of NPF of Ukraine are first formu-lated; teoretiko-methodological principles of forming of public policy are deep in the field of management of NPF; methodical approaches of cadastre estimation of territo-ries and objects of NPF are improved; results – scientifi-cally methodical and practical approaches are developed in relation to providing of NPF in the conditions of markets of menage.
