The object of investigetion the working processis movement aero mixture with plug-flow in pneumatic pipe line and in aeration-ejection type feeder. Novelty - raising the efficiency of pneumatic systems operation and reduction of power inten-sively of loose material pneumatic conveying are done on the theoretical foundation development for the creation of a highly efficient apparatus for loose materials pneu-matic transporting; this development is based on the use of portion regime aero mix-tures movement in pneumatic pipe line and in aeration-ejection type feeder.For the first time there given main theoretical and experimental parameters of the developed mechanism: working pressure in a transporting line, nominal speed of aero mixture movement in pipe-lines, ratio and additional inlet brand pipes, loading aera-tion-ejection type parameters.
