3 Dissertation is devoted to study the problem of complex investigation and surgical treatment of patients with atherosclerotic occlusive disease of iliofemoral segment. Results of investigations and surgical treatment of 110 patients with iliofemoral arterial disease were included in a basis of this work. The algorithm of diagnostics of iliofemoral occlusive disease is developed, a new approach to the tactics of surgical treatment of these patients is presented and based on results of fundamental and modern researches of mechanisms of infringement of regional and main blood circulation and microcirculation of lower extremities. Based on the data of complex investigation of patients using diagnostic methods developed in clinic, there were established the types of iliofemoral occlusive disease and the degree of ischemia of the lower extremities.
