The research is devoted to the issue of forming readiness of teaching staff for extraeducational work with students in methodical activity of higher educational establishments of I-II levels of accreditation. The paper gives analysis of the issue of research in pedagogical science and practice. The research provides valid criteria and indicators of readiness of teaching staff for extraeducational work. The system of forming readiness of teaching staff for extraeducational work with students in methodical activity at higher educational establishments of I-II levels of accreditation has been developed and experimentally tested. The levels of readiness of teaching staff for extraeducational work have been defined. The conducted research enabled us to determine organizational and pedagogical conditions for implementing the developed system. There have been developed methodical recommendations as to the use of the system of forming readiness of teaching staff of higher educational establishments of I-II levels of accreditation for extraeducational activity.
