The thesis is devoted to the investigation of the enteral insufficiency and enteral tube feeding apply possibility in early postoperative period after the operations on the digestive tract also it's devoted to the analysis of the proteins and lipids metabolism under the impact of the postoperative stress. Clinical, laboratory, biochemical, electric physiological, instrumental and statistical methods were used for the study. Patients, operated because of acute gastrointestinal bleeding or peritonitis, are investigated in the present research. Small intestine's absorptive function with the most decreased absorptive areas and its bioelectrical activity is valuated in patients with the different severity state in early postoperative period. The dynamics of the normalization of the malfunctions is shown. By the obtained results it is concluded that the early tube feeding (during the first 3 days after the operation) in groups with presented pathology is inexpedient.
