Krut'ko Y. . Diagnostics and complex intensive therapy of syndrome of enteral insufficiency at traumatic illness.

By an author the conducted complex analysis 174 the victim with the traumatic illness complicated by the syndrome of enteral insufficiency. It is marked, that at the traumatic illness complicated by development of syndrome of enteral insufficiency, in the wall of thin bowel developed inflammatory-destructive changes, that deepen as far as progress of pathological process, and also definite of principle changes in the dynamics of indexes, that characterize immunity, which carry a moderate character in 48%, considerable - in 28,6% that is sharply expressed - at 23,4% supervisions. Conducting of measures, that prevent development of threatening complications and introduction of the methods of intensive therapy, directed on normalization of adjusting of the antiocsidant system, renewal of motor-evacuatory function SHCT, decline of indexes of intoxication and arterial hypoxemia in more early terms, resulted in reduction of quantity of complications and level of lethality from 26,4 to 17,8%, that is in 1,4times. Dissertation work lights new approaches in the decision of scientific problem of syndrome of enteral insufficiency, that the decline of quantity of complications and lethality is foreseen by development and introduction of new charts of intensive therapy.
