Kukhar V. Economic and legal support of state investment policy in Ukraine

The thesis is dedicated to the analysis of state investment policy of Ukraine as integral object of legal regulation. The work analyses critical features and tendencies of investment market development viewed as an object of economic and legal impact. Peculiarities of investment relation development in national economy and abroad are analysed. The work proves that legal investment policy derives from state investment policy, and becomes evident in the context of legislative state investment policy. Attention is drawn to the state and local authority system, who implement imperative power in investment activities, the experience of control of such kind is studied. Much attention in the work is dedicated to the research of economic and legal methods of state investment policy implementation.
