Bodryahova O. Substantiation of differential therapy of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in women of older reproductive age.

The work has revealed the peculiarities of diagnostics and treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in women of older reproductive age. Hypogonadic anovulatory disturbances prevaile in the women of older reproductive age: in 40 % - hypoestrogenic anovulation, in 29 % - hyperestrogenic anovulation and in 31 % - ovulatory menorrhagia with luteal phase defect. Hypolutheinism is the main hormonal characteristic of all variants of DUB. The investigation of leptin level has revealed its increase in overweight and obese women, and in those patients there was a higher range of hyperplastic processes of endometrium. The prevalence of sympathoadrenal activity was revealed in patients with DUB. The risk factors for the development of the syndrome of gestagen intolerance have been developed. The rationality of differential therapy of DUB was proved in patients of older reproductive based on pathogenic variant of disorders, reproductive plans and risk factors of the syndrome of gestagen intolerance.
