Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development of complex treatment of miners with intoxication with pit gas with the help of hyperbaric oxygenation technique. The peculiarities of dynamics of intoxication and vegetovestibular, clinicoimmunologic and biochemical violations during affection of the nervous system in miners as consequence of intoxication with pit gas have been determined. Efficiency of complex therapy including hyperbaric oxygenation and alpha-lipoic acid has been proved.
