Markovych I. Scientific ground of epidemiology supervision after a Hib-infection in condition of vaktsinoprofilaktists

In dissertation first in Ukraine on the example of Kyiv the particle of Hib-meningitises is set in the etiologic structure of the bacteriological deciphered meningitis, staggered of different age-dependent groups, dynamics and seasonality of Hib-meningitis. Certainly, that a risk group in relation to development of Hib-meningitises are children in age from 0 to 2 years. It is statistically well-proven that the insufficient bacteriological decoding of bacterial meningitis is direct-coupled with the underestimation of etiologic role exactly Hib in development of this pathology. First in Ukraine the comparative study of reactivating of two monovaccines is conducted for the prophylaxis of Hib-infection and their safety is costs. It is in-process set that immunization of children results in the decline of epipharyngeal transmitter of Hib in 16,7 times in 6 months after completion of primary complex of vaccination and to diminishing of morbidity of children on the infection of breathing organs in 1,5 times.It mediated testifies to the possible etiologic role of Hib in development of these diseases, as a bacteriological decoding other, except for meningitis, clinical forms of Hib-infection not conducted. Ground, from data of medical and sociological research among medical workers and parents, necessity of improvement of knowledge in relation to a Hib-infection and facilities of its prophylaxis, as to the west of increase of efficiency of the programs of immunoprofilaktiks. Leaning against the results of the conducted research, on the example of Kyiv the system of epidemiology supervision is developed after a Hib-infection and the models of patrol and conservative epidemiology supervision are offered, as his important constituents.
