The dissertation of this thesis is establishing the scientific basis for the technological solutions aiming to creation of functional milk product for nutrition of school age children using the technology of enhancing sour-milk base with the bacterial concentrate of bifidobacteria and taking into account contemporary demands for quality and therapeutic effect of the bifidoproducts on child's organism.
