The dissertation deals with the problem of forming the culture of Internet-communication of future teachers by means of information-communicational technologies. It was given the concrete expression to the theoretical concept of the essence, content and structure of the culture of Internet-communication of future teachers. It was proved the necessity of an acquirement of the culture of Internet-communication by the teacher, were determined the indices (motives, knowledges, procedure-technological and communicative skills), the levels of formation.
