Naboka L. Structural and Functional Provision of Realizing State-Managerial Relations at the Territorial Level.

Object of research: the process of state managerial relations' realisation. The purpose: theoretical grounding and elaboration of methodical approaches to the improvement of structural and functional provision of state managerial relations' realisation at the territorial level. Methods: of systemic, complex, structural and functional analysis, comparison, modelling, induction, deduction. Results: the conceptual approach to structuring the activity of territorial powerful authorities has been theoretically grounded. Novelty: the essence of the notions "realisation of state managerial relations" and "organisational provision of state managerial relations' realisation" has been defined. The results have been implemented in the activity of public executive authorities and local governments of Kharkiv oblast, as well as in the academic process of KRI NAPA. Sphere of usage: public administration, scientific researches, training and retraining of public servants.
