Dunayev I. Governmental regulation mechanisms of human capital development.

Object of research: the process of governmental regulation of human capital development. Objective: theoretical grounding for directions of improving the governmental regulation mechanisms of human capital development in Ukraine. Methods: classification-and-analytical, abstract-logical, deduction, comparative, expert survey; institutional, system, integration, process approaches. Results: there was given the structural and multi-component improving of complex institutional governmental regulation mechanism of human capital development that is based on qualitative modifications into interaction of governmental authorities and business agents. Novelty: theoretically grounded the features for structuring of organizational section of complex institutional governmental regulation mechanism of human capital development; designed the system of indicators for public regulation performance appraisal. Results have been implemented in the activity of public executive authorities in Sumy and Dnipropetrovsk regions. Sphere of use: public administration, training and retraining of public servants.
