The thesis is dedicated to the establishment in vitro of the mechanisms of bacterial structural components influence on the functional activity of HeLa cells, vaginal epitheliocytes, peripheral blood monocytes and lymphocytes. It is established that intact vaginal epitheliocytes and HeLa cells secrete interleukins-1, -2, -6, -8, -10, tumor necrosis factor , transforming growth factor and gamma-interferon. Intact monocytes produce interleukins-1, -2, -6, -8, -10, tumor necrosis factor, transforming growth factor and interferon. Intact T cells secrete interleukins-2, -6, -10, tumor necrosis factors, interferon. It is established that peptidoglycans, teichoic acids and lipopolysaccharides in vitro stimulate secretion of mediators by HeLa cells, vaginal epitheliocytes, monocytes and T-lymphocytes. Peptidoglycans show the intermediate potential, lipopolysaccharides have the largest potential. The intensity of biologically active substances production by cells significantly increases at increase of concentration of components and at elongation of contact time with the cells.
