The dissertation is devoted to a problem on possibilities of use of smartphones and communicators in forensic medicine. During the work it has been created 31 forensic-and-medical computer programs for their use in express - diagnostics of time of death occurrence, strangulation, automobile trauma and fractures of skull bones, for sex definition, age, height of dead, in definition of mechanism of formation of blood traces, diagnostics of shot distance. High manufacturability of smartphones with their large screens and availability of their own graphic editors allows creation of various schemes and figures for illustration of injuries or traces on human's body, clothes, bones or internals. The approaches to creation of illustrations (schematic drawings) in places of incidents at inspection of a corpse or during exhumation have been worked through. Function of video-filming using smart-phone for objective registration of changes of livores mortis during their examinations in places of incidents for predicting of the time of death as well as for fixation of stages of reproduction of conditions and circumstances of committing a crime has.
