Dissertation is dedicated to a problem of diagnostics and treatment at vascular genesis organic erectile dysfunction. Ability of complex appliance of rheophallogra-phy and heart rhythm variation (with definition of sympathovagal balance) was estab-lished in diagnostics of vascular genesis organic erectile dysfunction. The vascular genesis organic and psycogenic erectile dysfunction markers was determined on this ground. The ability to decrease the wrong positive results count by 69% in vascular genesis organic erectile dysfunction diagnosis using the reofallography method com-bined with heart rate variability analisys was proved. Ability of applying multi-component trans-dermal gel with hydrophilic proxanol base was established- carrier in treatment of organic (vascular genesis) erectile dysfunction. Investigation on cavern-ous blood circulation by the reofallography method and questionnaire research by international index erectile function before and after treatment with trans-dermal gel, proved effectiveness of provided method. This allows toconsider elaborated methods of erectile dysfunction diagnostics and treatment efficient.
