Dissertacion's work is dedicated to development of the criterions of the differential diagnostics of the type, constructive particularities 9 mms patron different types and determination of distances of the shot through additional factors of the shot and morphological particularitys of the damages of the human's body.Constructive and judicial-ballistics particularities of 9 mms patron "Luger" staff, effusive and reactive type were determined in the work.Particularities of spreading shot's products by using 9 mms patron various types were determine.Comparative judicial-medical characteristics of the damages unbiological simulators under shot 9 mms patron staff, effusive and reactive type for different distances were organized and differences qualitative and quantitative factors of the spreading the products of the shot were revealled.Morphological particularities of the damages unprotective body, which are formed under shot 9 mms patron staff, effusive and reactive types from different distances weredetermined.
