Aiman A. Preventive maintenance and treatment of an anemia of pregnant women at multipara women.

Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency and a degree of weight of an anemia of pregnant multipara women on the basis of studying clinical-functional features, a condition hemopoesise and an exchange of iron depending on number of labours, and also improvement of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Comparative aspects gestation anemias at first-, repeatedly and multipara women, and also feature hematological status and an exchange of iron are investigated. It has allowed to expand the available data about patogenesise gestation anemias at women with various number of labours, and also scientifically to prove necessity of improvement of treatment-and-prophylactic actions with the purpose of increase of efficiency of treatment of an anemia, and also decrease in frequency obstetrical and perinatal complications on the basis of additional use antigomotoxical therapies. Quality monitoring behind clinical current of pregnancy at multipara women with gestation anemia are offered on the basis of dynamic studying parameters hematological status and an exchange of iron.
