Scientific work is devoted to decrease in frequency of postoperative complications at abdominal delivery on the basis of development and introduction of the differentiated approach to a technique mending a section on a uterus. Influence of various techniques mending a uterus after cesarean sections (scheduled operation on a background of not developed bottom segment is investigated; repeated abdominal delivery and high infectious risk of postoperative complications) on a condition involution and a seam on a uterus, and also on reparative processes in a uterus. It is shown, that at a choice of a technique mending a section on a uterus during time cesarean sections it is necessary to use the differentiated approach which consists in the following: at scheduled cesarean section on a background of not developed bottom segment the preference should be given single-row Roverden?s seam; at repeated cesarean section and a high degree of infectious risk - double-row Roverden?s seam. With the purpose of the control over clinical current of the postoperative period at abdominal delivery is necessary from 3 day it is necessary to estimate ultrasound and laboratory parameters.
