The thesis summarizes the results of analysis the process on organization of the bulker fleet work on the world freight mar-ket. Proposed new methods to justify the amount of manager’s fee designed. Experimentally substantiated the limiting value index loading of ship and freight rate for the good carriage for justification procedure of equal benefit between fleet operation by own company’s means and under third-party management.
