Tarasenko O. Corporate property: forming and functioning in contemporary economy

Object of research: processes of forming and func-tioning of corporate own ness as the institute of modern and postindustrial society. Purpose of research: de-velopment of conception of corporate own ness in the system of relations, forms and ownership and concep-tual bases and practical suggestions rights on realiza-tion of the real process of activity of subjects of corpo-rate own ness, including on a way to a future economy. Methods of research: systems and historical approach, dialectical method, method of formal logic, method of analysis and synthesis. Results: theoretical and meth-odological bases of research of process of forming of corporate own ness are certain; development of own conception of mechanism of structuring of relations, forms and ownership rights in the process of their evo-lution; development of structure of categories "joint-stock" and "corporate" own ness as manners and mat-ters; scientific ground of position at commercially and financial groups, agro industrial structures, clusters as such subjects of corporate own ness, transformations answering by institutional; methodology of further re-searches of corporate own ness is offered by means of comparison of state and corporate patterns of owner-ship, economic and uneconomic types of civilization. Novelty: First: conception of mechanism of structuring of relations, forms and ownership rights is developed by means of their evolution, conformities to the law of their development are set. Improved: theory of own ness from positions of economic maintenance and legal forms of his realization in the direction of changes in correlation of its functions and democratization of rela-tions of own ness; the structure of categories is "joint-stock" and "corporate" own ness; position about such subjects of corporate own ness, as commercially and financial groups, agro industrial structures clusters. Got further development: position about action of small, middle and major concerns in the corporate environ-ment of economy through subcontract, leasing, franchise, venture business; position about accordance of subjects of corporate own ness to institutional trans-formations, to the tendencies of strengthening of the state influencing on them and uneconomic type of civi-lization.
