The thesis is devoted to study of infringements of motor function large intestine in di-agnostics, treatment and prognosis of peritonitis. In experimental work is established, that on the data of the contractile activity of large intestine can judge motor activity all GIТ. Is revealed, that most informative physiological parameter for an estimation of contractions of intestine at peritonitis, when the proper contractions are not registered, is dynamics of a threshold of sensitivity of a wall of intestine (TSWI) on force of a current. On a clinical material at 98 patients with PP the efficiency MKGF in an estimation of a degree of in-fringement of motility of large intestine and dynamics of contractile activity is shown dur-ing current of peritonitis. Is established, that the parameters of motor activity of large intestine much earlier, than clinical characters testified to restoration of its function or signaled about first attrib-utes of trouble.
