The object: the processes directed on maintenance of ecologically sustainable development of region. The purpose: development of theoretical and scientifically-methodical approaches to a complex estimation of region condition in a context of sustainable development by means of the generated system ecological and social and economic indices. Methods of research: comparative and groupings, system-structural, generalizations, the statistical and economic-mathematical analysis, graphic representation of data, generalization, mathematical design, prognostication. Novelty: scientifically-methodical approaches to a ecological and economic estimation of a condition of region and scientific approaches to formation of the structurally functional maintenance and directions of standardization of ecological, economic and social objects and processes, methodical approaches to formation of an information-analytical control system of region condition are advanced.
