The object: system ecology-oriented management of OGC in the context of providing of sustainable development of territory. The purpose: the development of scientific-methodical bases of forming the ecology-oriented system of management by the oil-gas complex of Autonomous Republic Crimea on conditions of ecological limitations. Methods of research: the statistical, comparative, complex, factor, system-structural analysis; a method causal and consequence connections; a balance method. Novelty: the scientific-methodical approaches to the estimation of level of sustainable development of territory, which takes into account influence of oil-gas complex is first offered; theoretical and methodical positions of forming the ecology-oriented system of management by a production complex; scientific-methodical approaches to forming the organizational-economic mechanism of the ecology-oriented management a oil-gas complex are improved. A subject, a level of integration: economic relations which arise up between sectorial production complex and system of territorial management in the conditions of ecological limitations for providing of sustainable development of territory.
