Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the solution of topical problems in the area of quality provision of drinkable water-supply, particularly, to the project development of underlying national standard, whose requirements are topical and harmonized with analogous designation NThD requirements that are valid in the European Society. The given ND proposes for the first time to norm drinkable water electrical conductivity that is the integral index of soluted salts' content, mineralization and roughness. With this purpose, the mathematical model of an electrolytic cell, which enables us to improve measuring drinkable water electric parameters and optimize them as well. The measurement methodical errors of electrical conductivity active and reactive components that appear as a result of non-informative parameter influence are researched. The exploration of informative and non-informative parameter influence on the measurement results of electrical conductivity active and reactive components is conducted. The structural scheme of drinkable water electrical parameter measurement that enables us to eliminate the influence of non-informative parameters on measurement results is designed. It is suggested to accomplish drinkable water qualitative level estimation by the complex method with the purpose to express a qualitative level by a single number.
