Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to scientific substantiation of the concept of civil law status of non-state pension funds (hereinafter – NPF). The notion of NPF has been determined; and the scope of NPF legal capacity, as well as peculiarities of its realization, have been ascertained. The necessity of amendment of NPF property legal regime, introduction of the two level management scheme and legislative providing for NPF capacity to bear civil legal liability have been proved. Proposals aimed at improvement of legislation regulating NPF civil law status have been formulated.
