Verlanov S. Economic and Social Human Rights: European Standards and their Implementation into Legal Practice of Ukraine (general theoretic research)

The dissertation deals with general theoretic economic and social human rights research, their European standards and legal mechanism of their securing in Ukraine. Specific quail¬ties of economic and social human rights, general notion and characteristics of human rights standards are formulated. Quasijudicial nature of European Committee of Social Rights functioning within the control mechanism of the European Social Charter is analyzed. The Committee general princip¬les of the Charter juridical norms interpretation are defined. Improvement of the standards implementation into legal practice of Ukraine is suggested. For this reason, more preci¬se definitions of constitutional provisions of non-discrimina¬tion clause (equality), the rights to organize freely, work and decent standard of living are suggested.
