Manuscript devotes to solvering on of the actual question in gynecology – to increase the rate of renewal a reproductive function for patients with tubo-peritoneal form of infertility (TPI). On the basis of analysis of clinic, echographic, videoscopic, hormonal, immunological, oxidative system features, activity of NAT was revealed some links of intraperitoneal adhesion pathogenesis. The method of complex rehabilitation of reproductive function in women with TPI, using operative laparoscopy with immune and ozone therapy, is justified pathogenically and offered.
