Korshunov V. Political terrorism: informational methods to fight it.

The objects are the modern political terrorism and mass media in a context of strife with it. The aims are to study the political terrorism as a subject of a modern political life both compound information company and to create the complex of information methods to fight terrorism. The methods are semantic, historical, problem-chronological, comparative, behavioral. In addition to uncovering the essence of political terrorism, analysis of its transformation and studying principles of temporary evolution of political terrorism, this work also essentially specifies and cover main ideological, psychological basis of terrorist activity and elucidate the key role of information in it. Complex analysis of informational constituent of political terrorism was done and complex of methods as to informational fight with it was offered. A research of complex of informational and preventive measures was done and concrete proposals to arrange it were given in order to prevent manifestation of political terrorism. Complex analysis of problems connected with regulation of mass media activity during terrorist act was done and were given ways to solve it. Concrete proposals were done as to making changes to acting legislation of Ukraine regarding informational counteraction to political terrorism. The spheres of use are optimization of the antiterrorist legislation of Ukraine, advancing the activity of MASS-MEDIA and training courses.
