Object of the study: preeclampsia of pregnancy. Purpose of the study: revealing of relationships between the acti-vation of the processes of peroxidation of proteins and lipids, for-mation of modified forms of albumin and surfactant-associated lip-ids (SAL) in pregnancy and in he foetoplacental complex in differ-ent grades of preeclampsia severity, development of a new method for correcting protein-lipid disturbances in preeclampsia. Methods of the study: clinical, anthropometrical, biochemical, in-strumental and apparatus studies, statistical methods. Practical significance: the performed studies made it possible to broaden the notions of the pathogenesis in preeclampsia of preg-nancy, maturation of SAL in this pathology, as well as to prognos-ticate the intrauterine foetus development, to correct protein-lipid metabolism in pregnancy using Berlamine-Modular drug prepara-tion. Novelty of the obtained results: for the first time, a combined ex-amination of pregnant women with preeclampsia was perfomed, particularly the total amount of proteins and albumins, the level of lipid peroxidation and the amount of modified albumin, the total amount of lipids and the amount and composition of SAL in the venous blood serum, funic blood serum and amniotic fluid. For the first time, a combined assessment of the dynamics of SAL development in the amniotic fluid within the terms of pregnancy equal to 32-41 weeks in preeclampsia. Dependence was revealed between the content of modified forms of albumin in the amniotic fluid and the intrauterine foetus state in preeclampsia of pregnancy. For the first time, a way for correcting protein-lipid disturbances in different degrees of severity in preeclampsia of pregnancy was developed. Degree of introduction: the results of the conducted studies were introduced into medical practice and practical activity on the basis of clinical maternity homes Nos 1 and 2 of the City of Simpher-opol, clinical maternity home of the Simpheropol District of the Crimean Autonomic Republic, Yevpatoriya and Saki maternity homes. Theoretical propositions of the thesis were included into the syllabi of instruction for students and interns of Georgievsky Crimean State Medical University. Sphere of application: medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology.
