Zelinskaya M. The concept of institution of Presidency in Ukraine: the stages of transformation.

The object is institution of presidency in Ukrainian system of state-political institutions. The aim is to detect the nature and features of milestones of transformation of institution of presidency in Ukrainian. The methods are system, structurally functional, comparative, social-cultural, concrete-sociological, institutional and neoinstitutional, prognosis. In the thesis, the native and foreign institutions of presidency on the base of comparative analysis were considered. The common features and specific activity of these political structures were detected. The resume concerning the formal and real authorities of President, his interaction with different branches of power and state institutions. The essences of the main matter of institution of presidency in Ukraine after the changes as for the present Constitution in 2004 were detected. The conclusions as for changes in President's authority after the reformation of the institution of presidency in Ukraine were provided. The prognosis as for development of presidency after entering the changes to the Constitution of Ukraine in 2004 is presented in the thesis. The main possible models of development of this institution in condition of taking into consideration of modern state of political system of Ukraine. The spheres of use are law-creativity and training courses.
