Essay

The thesis is dedicated to decision of the scientific problems, directed on improvement results of surgical treatment of patients with acute intestinal obstruction (AIO), on the grounds of improvement its diagnostics, development of methods of the pre-surgical nasointestinal decompression, improvement of the intraoperative assessment of viability of the intestine and its monitoring at early postoperative period. Introducing the offered ways of the diagnostic and treatment of the AIO have allowed to reduce the frequency of the postoperative complications from and mortality.
