Nagach M. Future Teachers' Preparation in the Professional Development Schools of the USA

In the dissertation preparation of the future teachers at schools of professional development in the USA is investigated. On the basis of studying references, national and international documents models of vocational training of the future teachers in pedagogical high schools the USA are characterized, the practical component of the program of preparation of teachers the USA in his(its) historical development is considered; the basic directions of reforming of the American system of pedagogical formation(education) are analysed and the place of school of professional development is determined during realization of reforms; the essence of school of professional development as innovative educational institution in an education system the USA is opened; organizational - substantial bases of practical preparation of the future teachers in ШПР are considered; recommendations concerning use of ideas of the American experience of preparation of the future teachers at schools of professional development in system of pedagogical formation(education) of Ukraine are scientifically proved.
