Object - the process of using of regional fish-industrial natu-rally-resource potential. Purpose - development of methodologi-cal bases and practical recommendations of evaluation of re-gional fish-industrial naturally-resource potential quantity and using efficiency. Methods – economical, ecological, system and statistical analysis. Novelty - at first conceptual and methodo-logical bases of mechanism of organization, control of using of managing fish-industrial naturally-resource potential are grounded. Result - mechanisms of increase of the using of fish-industrial naturally-resource potential are worked out.
