Mandryk V. Economic regulation of the post-mining land reclamation on coal mining enterprises

Research Object: processes of the post-mining lands reclamation, eroded by coal-mining industry in mining regions of Ukraine. Research Objective: the improvement of economic regulation of the processes of the post-mining lands reclamation. Research Methods: system analysis, economic and statistic analysis, mathematical analysis, abstract and logical approach, contingent evaluation. Scientific Novelty: For the first time proposed and substantiated - the system of economic instruments of ecological policy, directed on the improvement of the post-mining lands reclamation; improved - the organizational and economic mechanism of land reclamation; improved - the approaches to the formation of system of ecological management of coal-mining enterprises; improved - scientific and practical approaches to environmentally safe mines closing and calculation of the level of financial payments. Implementation: Research results are used on state enterprise "Lvivcoal" to improve the system of land use planning on minesterritory and on separated branch "Chervonograd special management unit for land reclamation" to plan sustainable land use and biodiversity protection during the process of post-mining lands reclamation. Research results are also used in teaching academic course "Economics of Environment and Natural Resources" at the Institute of Ecological Economics of National Forestry University of Ukraine.
