Object: socio-economic processes of forming and use of skilled potential of agricultural enterprises. Research purpose: development of theoretic-methodological principles and practical recommendations in relation to forming and increase of efficiency of the use of skilled potential of agricultural enterprises. Research methods: abstractly logic, monographic, sociological, factor analysis, calculation-structural, cross-correlation regressive. Theoretical and practical results: in a theoretical plan - socio-economic essence of category is presented "skilled potential of agricultural enterprises" taking into account the specific of agrarian sector of economy.
