The object - scientific and methodological activity of teachers of higher educational institutions; the aim - to theoretically substantiate pedagogical foundations of organization of scientific and methodological activity of medical colleges' teachers, to define and experimentally check the conditions of its effective functioning; the methods - theoretical, empiric, statistic; the novelty - pedagogical foundations of organization of scientific and methodological activity of medical colleges' teachers are theoretically substantiated, organizational and pedagogic conditions of its successful functioning are defined, the technology of the given conditions observance in the teaching process is experimentally checked; the criteria and indices of the efficiency of the pedagogical conditions under research are specified; the results - recommendations on the organization of scientific and methodological activity of medical colleges' teachers have been worked out.
