Essay

The study is dedicated to the issues of diagnostics, care tactics and preconceptive preparation in infertility associated with thyroid disorders. Reasonability of differentiated approach to preconceptive care of women with eu- and hypothyroid autoimmune thyroiditis is proved, based on the two-stage treatment with thyroid hormones, selenium and non-pharmaceutical physiotherapeutic procedures, as well as with estrogen/gestagen and gestagen only hormonal medications.
