Essay

Object - process of wet purification of steam-and-gas mixtures in роторном the vortical device. The purpose of work - research of laws of process of purification of gas exhausts in роторном the vortical device, an intensification of its work and improvement of a design. Methods - at data interpretation were used methods of mathematical statistics, physical and mathematical modelling of investigated processes of purification. Theoretical and practical results - are developed practical recommendations concerning a design роторного the vortical device. Novelty - laws of movement of a fluid phase in роторном the vortical device are studied; the mathematical model of movement of a film of a fluid phase on a surface of a flowing part is developed and the dimensionless complex which determines an opportunity of circulation of a fluid phase in меридиональном section of the device is received; the model of catching of a dust in роторном the vortical device which considers features of movement of liquid and gasphases is offered. The technique of engineering calculation роторного the vortical device is developed and trial tests of the device on purification clearing of air-gas exhausts are lead. A degree of introduction - trial tests. Area - chemical mechanical engineering.
