The dissertation research consists in development of theoretical and methodological principles and ground of kopleksu measures, major problems of the rational use of earth resource potential directed on a decision. The model of structure of sowing areas is developed for the enterprises of the Chernigov area. A concept is improved earth "resource potential" and "rational use of earth resource potential", system presentation of conception of the use of earth resource potential in relation to organizationally economic reformation of agriculture. The economic mechanism of implementation of the unrealized requirements of the program of the landed reform is developed for the Chernigov area.
