Essay

The object of research: is the process of ensuring efficiency of enterprises of different property forms and organization structure that are engaged in production, process and sale of meat cattle-breeding output and figures at meat product market of Lviv city and Lviv region.The aim of research: is the grounding of development ways and functioning perfection of meat cattle-breeding production’s market on the basis of branch renewal, industrially-economical ties improvement and state support. Thе method of research: analysis and synthesis, monographic, economically-statistical, sociological interrogation, economically-mathematical. The theoretical and practical results: formulated in thesis scientific results, obtained conclusions and recommendations are used to ground the most optimum parameters of meat cattle-breeding production’s market development with the aim to ensure its effective functioning. Received results may be used in making management decisions in the process of demand and supply regulation of beef and veal. The scientific novelty: for the first time it is elaborated the scheme of forming a small wholesale meat cattle-breeding production’s selling market on the basis of privately owned farms cooperation as small producers of beef with the following integration to farms in the area of such market’s action that will allow to cooperate their efforts and possibilities to ensure effective development at the expense of storage system regulation and relations’ optimization between partners through removal of mediators’ influence and process enterprises’ monopoly; there were improved methodological approaches to the grounding of characteristic peculiarities of meat cattle-breeding production’s market functioning; the theoretical grounding of motivational factors, which determine the conduct of meat cattle-breeding production’s market participants; further development was given to the grounding of trends concerning improvement of relations between the branches in meat product subcomplex; suggestions concerning functioning of really acting channels of meat realization; mechanisms of state support to the market development of meat cattle-breeding; grounding of trends concerning increase of the economical efficiency of beef producing and processing. Introduction: research results have been accepted for inculcation by Lviv Region State Administration, Zolochiv District State Administration, Western-Ukrainian Regional Agroindustrial Exchange as well as in the teaching process at Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies named after S.Z. Gzhytskiy. Efficiency: research results form the conception of meat cattle-breeding production’s market development at the regional level. The sphere of application: Main Boards of Economics and Agroindustrial Development, Boards of Agroindustrial Development of district state administrations, agrarian exchanges, higher educational institutions, agricultural enterprises.
