Object - structural and functional peculiarities of left ventricle of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy; methods - clinical, instrumental, statistical; novelty - the role of tissue myocardial doppler imaging in early detection of diastolic left ventricular abnormalities in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy was confirmed for the first time; risk factors of development of left ventricular structure and function abnormalities were prospectively studied and developed; the beneficial effects of early (since moment of regional diastolic abnormalities finding by tissue myocardial doppler imaging) treatment of patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy by ?-adrenergic blockers were confirmed: results - of the study would widen our understanding of pathogenetic mechanisms of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy using tissue myocardial doppler imaging; branch - medicine.
