The theoretical, methodological and practical bases of bank lending in innovative development of economy are investigated. The substantial analysis of process of evolution of the bank lending is carried out and its political and economical essence is opened in today's conditions. The role of relations of bank lending is determined during economic development of a society. Dependence of innovative development on the decision of problems of financial and legislative maintenance are discovered. Tendencies of development of the Ukrainian economy regarding definition of interaction nature of bank institutes with real economy are analysed. Prospects of introduction of separate elements of foreign experience of bank lending are investigated in the economy of Ukraine. The main areas of the state instruments directed on acceleration of bank lending in economy are determined on the basis of econometrical analysis.
