Melnik I. Legal regulation of notarial proceedings with respect to the protest of a bill.

The thesis contains a comprehensive research of the legal regulation of notarial proceedings with respect to the protest of a bill. The evolution of the mechanism of the legal regulation of notarial proceedings with respect to the protest of a bill in the Ukrainian legal system has been analyzed. The legal nature of the notarial proceedings with respect to the protest of a bill, dependence of the essence of the notarial proceedings with respect to the protest of a bill on the type of the protest, dependence of the significance of the protest of a bill as a notarial act on the type of the protest, have been revealed. The list of legal facts established by a notary when considering notarial proceedings with respect to the protest of a bill and possible sources of legal information for the establishment of such facts, have been defined. Deadlines used by a notary who considers proceedings with respect the protest of a bill have been researched and systemized, the classification of participants of notarialproceedings with respect to the protest of a bill has been provided. Proposals and recommendations concerning the improvement of the legislation on notariat as related to the legal regulation of notarial proceedings with respect to the protest of a bill have been substantiated.
