The new method of agrohydrological zoning of Ukraine is developed, that makes it possible to determine the geographical laws of the soil moisture resources formation during the period of agricultural crops' vegetation. The analysis of the nowadays special futures of the regime of agrohydrological resources during the vegetative period is carried out by the characteristics of spatial distribution, interseasonal and interannual variability of productive soil moisture in one-kind agroecosystems. The new methods of every-ten-days estimation and forecast of productive soil moisture's supplies in the area under the main grain crops in different agrohydrological regions of Ukraine is developed. For the first time the geographical laws of the soil moisture influence on the formation of winter wheat and spring barley capacity in Ukraine are investigated on the basis of the "weather - crop yield" model (V.P. Dmitrenko, UHMI). The new approach to the mezo-scale agroclimatic zoning of administrative region is substantiated with considering the influence of spreading surface heterogeneity on spatial distribution of water-providing condition during the vegetative period.
